Thank you for choosing Art Patchly. We take pride in our handcrafted, 1-of-1 reconstructions and are committed to ensuring your unique archive piece arrives safely and efficiently.

1. PREPARATION & PROCESSING

  • Artisanal Finishing: Every garment at Art Patchly is either ready-to-ship or requires final hand-finishing in our studio.

  • Timeline: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.

2. GLOBAL SHIPPING ESTIMATES

We provide worldwide delivery to the US, EU, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

3. INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS & CUSTOMS

  • Efficient Routing: Art Patchly utilizes international distribution centers to ensure the most direct and secure route to your doorstep.

  • Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once it reaches your country. These charges are determined by local authorities; Art Patchly is not responsible for these fees, and they remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. TRACKING YOUR PIECE

  • Once your archive piece has shipped, you will receive an automated tracking link.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the initial tracking data.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Because we aim for fast processing, the window to correct an address is very small. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@artpatchly.com.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Art Patchly is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided.

  • In the event of a missing delivery, we will provide all necessary data (delivery date, tracking, and carrier info) to assist you in your investigation with the shipping provider.
